I am a Design Research & Strategy Consultant at Doblin, Deloitte Consulting LLP, working on projects with industry leaders - Fortune 50 to 500 companies across industries to discover innovative business and service solutions.
During my undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology, I learned how to build things, and how to built them well, but never was taught whom I was doing it for. When I got exposed to the user needs at a previous work experience, I realized I wanted to learn more, leading me to pursue a masters degree in Engineering Design & Innovation at Northwestern University. As a graduate student, I studied the depth of the human-centered design discipline while passionately working on various projects from consumer goods to medical innovations in order to improve daily lives of users.
